定容式上料機構(gòu)是取定一定容積的物料喂到模具中，其的優(yōu)點是機構(gòu)簡單、造價廉，缺點是較難得到準(zhǔn)確的上料量。

中盤所需要的原料不是相當(dāng)準(zhǔn)確，允許有一定的誤差，故擬定采用定容式上料機構(gòu)。

一次性餐具模具推料機構(gòu)的作用是利用上模的旋轉(zhuǎn)，在加壓之前將料推開，以保障壁厚均勻，擬采用液壓馬達(dá)驅(qū)動方式。

齒輪-銷齒傳動是齒輪-驅(qū)動的變種，由于銷輪的輪齒是圓銷，與一般齒輪相比，具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、加工方便、造價底、拆修方便等優(yōu)點，故以其代替尺寸較大的漸開線齒輪時，有較大的優(yōu)良性。比較齒輪-齒圈傳動越加適合在成型機上使用。
